1. What type of birthday parties do you offer?: Sports and Games and Climbing Wall parties are held at the Parker Fieldhouse. Pool parties are held at the Parker Recreation Center.

2. Is there a deposit to book a party?: All parties must be paid in full at the time of registration.

3. Do I have to be in the water during a pool party?: The Aquatics Division requires that any swimmer age 5 and under be accompanied by an adult (age 16 and older), in the water within arm’s reach at all times. There is not an extra charge for an adult supervising younger children. Ages 6 to 9 - Recommended that a parent/guardian 16 years or older are actively observing children from the deck unless children are “non-swimmers*”. *Non-swimmers should stay in shallow water with a parent/guardian who is in the water. It is recommended that non-swimmers use a Coast Guard-approved Lifejacket.

Yes, we allow outside food and drinks (except alcohol) in both facilities. We ask that all food be kept in the party space at all times.

5. What type of sports and games can I choose from if I book a Sports and Games party?: With our Safe Return program, our Birthday Hosts can play flag football, soccer, kickball, sharks and minnows, tag, and capture the flag. You can choose up to 4 games.

6. Can children under 5 participate in a Climbing Wall party?: Yes, children under the age of 5 can participate in this type of party. However, we ask there is an adult from your party providing supervision at all times. We offer a Bouldering Wall option for children who are not interested in belaying the Climbing Wall.

7. What do I need to bring to a party?: Families are welcome to bring food/snacks, additional drinks (non-alcoholic), and decorations.

8. What if I want to extend the party time?: We are unable to extend party times.

9. Can we swim after the party is over?: We are unable to extend swim times.

10. Do you offer parties during the week or just on the weekends?: Our parties are offered only on Saturdays and Sundays (holidays excluded).

11. Do you offer birthday parties at H2O’Brien Pool?: H2O’Brien will offer rentals so please contact H2ORentals@parkeronline.org for details.

12. Can the Birthday Hosts receive tips?: The Town of Parker prohibits our Birthday Hosts from accepting gratuities.
