Auburn Hills Park Renovation Project

Auburn Park Detour

This spring, renovation efforts will begin for Auburn Hills Park, a Town owned park located near the Auburn Hills and Bradbury Hills communities. Improvements were made possible by funding received from the Public Service Company (Xcel) as part of the Pawnee Daniels Park Transmission Line Project.

Future park improvements include: a new and expanded playground area; additional landscaping; the addition of a small turf field just north of the current playground area; enhanced trail connections across the existing Public Service Company right-of-way; realignment of the current East/West Trail through the park; and irrigation repairs and re-sodding of the existing soccer field at the park’s northern end. Construction is scheduled to begin in late April and completed by Fall. It is important to note that the portion of the East/West Trail that runs through this park will be closed during the park renovation. Trail users are encouraged to use the “signed” trail detours along Bradbury Ranch Drive and Night Heron Drive.
