Virtual Fitness Classes

Get up and get moving from the comforts of your own home with our NEW virtual workouts with Parker Parks and Recreation Fitness staff! We are happy to provide these fitness videos free of charge for the first 100 live attendees through Zoom. Videos will be accessible for additional viewing on our YouTube and Facebook accounts as well.

How to Join the Virtual Class

New to Zoom? It’s easy to join! Just click this link https://zoom.us/j/798316625 which will take you directly to our virtual classes where you will be able to follow along with each fitness class in a group-like setting. No registration or account needed – just add your name when prompted! Once you join the class you will be able to see your instructor on the video. The default settings are automatically set to have YOUR video/audio AUTOMATICALLY TURNED OFF. If you would like to have the instructor (and others) see you through video, just turn your video option ON. This makes it feel more like an actual class. If you want to “speak” to the instructor, just use the chat window.

If you have never used Zoom before, we suggest connecting at least 10 minutes before class to get familiar with how it works. You can download the mobile app from your phone/tablet ahead of time as well.

Tuesday, March 24: 6:15 p.m.-  Cardio Kickboxing with Kristen L. (45 minutes)

Wednesday, March 25:
10 a.m. - Yoga with Bonnie (60 minutes)
11:15 a.m.-  Strength with Shannon (45 to 60 minutes)
4 p.m. - Gentle Yoga with Becky

Thursday, March 26: 
9 a.m. - Strength with Tina (60 minutes)
11 a.m. - Floor Aerobics with Pam (60 minutes)
1 p.m. - Zumba with Laura (45 minutes)

• Friday, March 27:
9:30 a.m. - Barre with Shanna (60 minutes)
11 a.m. - Mat Pilates with Michele ( 60 minutes)

• Saturday, March 28:
9 a.m. - HIIT with Joana (60 minutes)
10:15 a.m. - Yoga with Janeen (60 minutes)

• Sunday, March 29: 10:45 a.m. - Family Yoga with Michele

• Monday, March 30:
9 a.m.- HIIT with Mel P. (60 minutes)
11:15 a.m.- Mat Pilates or Strength with Shannon ( 45 minutes)
4 p.m. - Gentle Yoga with Pam (60 minutes)
6:15 p.m. - Pilates with Becky (60 minutes)

• Tuesday, March 31:
9:30 a.m. - Barre with Shanna (60 minutes)
11 a.m. - Tabata with Pam
1 p.m -  Zumba with Laura
6:15 p.m. - Cardio Kickboxing with Kristen (45 minutes)


*Classes may be subject to change.

These classes are designed for an at home workout, so be sure to bring your water, towel, weights (soup cans, water bottles or other ingenious substitutes), clear some space to get ready to sweat!
