Safe Return

Parker Parks and Recreation is ready for a Safe Return! With the update to state orders, we are excited to welcome you back to our recreation facilities. The phased Safe Return plan adheres to strict safety protocols for both patrons and staff, which include reduced facility capacities, limiting gatherings, enforcing social distancing guidelines, enhancing cleaning and sanitization efforts, using PPE and more. Members of the public are required to wear face coverings when entering/exiting the facility and whenever else possible. If you do not have a mask, you may be asked to leave.

Recreation Center Hours*

Monday - Friday
5 a.m. - 9 p.m. (closed noon - 1 p.m. for deep clean)
Saturday - Sunday
9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

*Walk-ups will not be permitted until July 15, all patrons must be registered for a workout or program.

Facility Updates

The Recreation Center will look a bit different as layouts have been modified and fitness equipment has been spread out, rearranged, and/or limited to assist guests in their social distancing efforts. Child Care is not included in this phase of reopening. Bring only what you need and can keep with you; locker rooms and lockers will be available on a limited basis at this time. Restrooms are available. Click here to view photos of updated facility areas.

Individual Workouts and General Admission

During this phase of reopening, walk-ups will not be permitted in the facility. Locker rooms will be available with restrictions. Please check schedules for venue availability, including pool amenities, gyms, etc. Open gym will be available but we discourage pick-up basketball games with people outside of your own household. The sauna remains closed during this phase of reopening and we hope to offer child care again at the Recreation Center by mid-August.

July 6 - 14:  Patrons will register for the specific day, as opposed to individual time blocks, except for Group Fitness classes, which will continue to register by the class. Register for the day here.

July 15: Registration will no longer be required for entry, walk-ups will be permitted but facility capacities will be closely monitored and cleaning operations will continue throughout the day. Group Fitness classes will continue to require registration for the foreseeable future.
