To celebrate National Senior Health & Fitness Day®, Parker Parks and Recreation hosts the annual Senior Stroll.

National Senior Health & Fitness Day is a nationwide health and fitness event for older adults. The goal is to promote the importance of regular physical activity. More than 100,000 older adults will participate in local events at more than 1,000 locations nationwide.
Parker Parks and Recreation’s free Senior Stroll features a one-mile fun walk on a paved trail around O’Brien Park, delicious refreshments, socializing with friends and exciting prize giveaways!
